iron vs aluminum

Is there really a difference in hp between iron and aluminum heads? I have heard that you need to run 1 point higher in compression to make up for the loss of heat. Has anyone actual tested this?

The combustion chamber shape is the same between the two heads, but the aluminum Motown 220 Lite offers a CNC-machined chamber as an added bonus.

Sounds like another "fair" magazine comparison....
