What Block Is This?

Here are the engine SBC block numbers on my 71 Avanti with the 487 heads. #3970 010 then elsewhere V08182DH. I pulled the pan and it a two bolt main. Is this an average block for the time period or one of the better blocks used in ???? GM vehicles. Anything special these numbers signify? Thanks.

Look and see if that block has 2482 on the center main caps if it is a 4 bolt main if it does its a keeper.
