BB nose front cover SBC

I am building a new USAC SIlver Crown engine and I'm having no luck in finding a nice 1 piece billet aluminum front cover that takes a BB seal. Is the OD of the big block seal so large to rend boring a SB cover useless? I can find stamped steel all day long. I can't believe with so many cranks out there that have BB snouts that somebody doesn't make a ready to use unit. Anyone?

thanks, I forgot about BLP, is Bo still going? I used 2 of the original alky carbs he made w/solid brass metering blocks way back. Now I only do stacked injection, I cant spell carberator.. I'll call joe Monday.

These covers have been around for quite a few years as most SBC's running a roots type blower where using crankshafts with the big block snout diameter for added strength in the snout for that big old belt whipping around up front! I think names like Moon, BDS and others also come to mind.
Cloyes has one too if I am not mistaken.
