I have a 3.5 stroke SBC crankshaft from Ray Baker/Baker engineering of ASA fame from motor #1957, it`s marked as follows below, the question is what does the TR .109 and MR .109 mean? thanks in advance.

I'm sort of expecting you will find the rod and main journals are "standard" size, and the radiuses at the edges of the journals are .109" (7/64").

Check that the crank is successfully magnetized with something hint like this ( that used to cost 10 bucks for the NAPA version )

Probably a modern inductive multimeter that can to DC AMPS would work OK too.
thorough inspection of crank for:
straightness
Every journal for roundness and cylindricity, right up to the edge radius
snout sizes ( damper, timing sprocket) and runout
flywheel flange, pilot and seal surface runout
